Meet The Team
Cody Durham
Owner
Cody brings over 20 years of sales and entrepreneurial experience to 10 Gage Ridge Roofing. He was born and raised in Texas and has lived his entire life with stops in Houston, Midland, Lubbock, and now DFW.
Cody has a clear understanding of insurance and claims, holding his P&C insurance license. He has carried his knowledge over into roofing and provides assistance to customers after damage from catastrophic storms. Cody has a clear understanding of all types of roofing applications that stretch into new and re-roofing of construction, commercial, and residential roofs.
Cody is a graduate of Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas with a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Distribution.
In his free time, Cody enjoys spending time outdoors and traveling with his wife, Jennie, and his two children, Ridglea and Gage.
Eric Whitfield
Sales Manager
Eric Whitfield has joined the 10 Gage Ridge Roofing team. Eric was born and raised in Arlington TX, is an Arlington High School alumni, and graduated from The University of Texas at Arlington with a degree in Business Management. He now lives in Mansfield TX, with his wife Hope and their three kids: Luke, Gracie, and Trammell. As a family, they enjoy camping and hiking in the great outdoors as well as spending quality time with family and friends.
Eric brings nearly 20 years of successful sales and leadership to the 10 Gage Ridge team. He spent several years in the industrial sales world working with various trades such as material handling, facility maintenance, cutting tools, large-scale machine shops, and major manufacturers. He has also led Global Enterprise sales teams and has significantly grown customer bases in the financial and manufacturing industries. He has experience in large, multi-faceted negotiations and structuring intricate contracts to completion. He has won several Global Sales Awards and is a four-time President’s Club winner! Eric is a great leader and motivator and is excited to bring his successful sales and leadership experience to 10 Gage Ridge Roofing. Eric is goal-driven and task-oriented. He also brings a passion for customer service and a dedicated commitment to the customer experience.
