From first contact, we knew this was going to be a good experience. Cody was so professional, friendly, and knowledgeable, it gave us the confidence that 10GageRidge was the only roofer for us. His team were equally professional, from the laborers who replaced the roof, to the gutter installation team and the painter, we had only good vibes with them all. They cleaned up the area meticulously and were conscientious of giving us space while getting the job done. Great experience from start to finish!  Cody worked with my insurance company to make sure all my damage was covered, and Russ managed the roof replacement on site. The team was professional, on time and kept me updated throughout the entire process.  In addition, the workmanship is excellent and they made sure everything was cleaned up before they left. 3rd roof replaced by 10 Gage, never had a single issue unresolved.  Easy to work with contractors if no issue..   the test is when issues arise and how they are handled.  This company’s owners are hands on and constantly on site.  We have worked through quite a few issues with insurance company challenges to shingle quality to checklist items and more. I recently had the pleasure of working with 10 Gage Ridge Roofing for a roof inspection and subsequent repairs.  I couldn't be more satisfied with their service.  From start to finish, the experience was exceptional.
